<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror attachment for a handpiece which has a high strength to attach a mirror and facilitates an alteration in angle for attaching the mirror to easily look at an affected area. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mirror attachment is mounted on the dental handpiece 3 equipped with a cylindrical head 7 provided at the end of a substantially linear handle 5 at a substantially right angle. The mirror attachment is mounted through a mounting part 9 so as to hold the front part of the handle 5. A slide base 11 is integrally provided on the mounting part 9 and is formed in an arc shape along the side surface of the head. A mirror 15 which reflects a working end of the handpiece 3 is provided at a slider 13 on the slide base 11. Lock means 17 locks the mirror 15 at a sliding position.
