MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF THE ADSORBENTS MADE FROM COAL WASTES AND THE ADSORBENTS MANUFACTURED BY THE PROCESS

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an adsorbent using coal waste and the adsorbent manufactured thereby are provided to efficiently process the coal waste, and to preserve environment while removing harmful materials. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an adsorbent using coal waste includes the following steps: pulverizing the coal waste; mixing the crushed materials and an activating agent; molding a mixture through extrusion after drying; heat-treating the molded products; and processing the heat-treatment materials. In a reaction process, the zeolitized reactant is ion-exchanged. In a mixing process, the activating agent is potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate or zinc chloride.
