<p>A method and a system for controlling data transmission path, a mobility management network element and a terminal are provided. Wherein the method for controlling the data transmission path includes: obtaining the radio access capability information of the terminal (11); according to the radio access capability information, implementing the over-network handover control for the data transmission path corresponding to the terminal (13). The embodiment of this invention implements the over-network handover of the data transmission path in the user's plane for the terminal according to the radio access capability information of the terminal, it enables the terminals with different access capabilities to adopt the control policy matching the access capability of the terminal during the over-network handover, and ensures that the terminal receives the data sent by the network anchor node accurately during the over-network handover, so the probability of data loss and the jitter of data transmission is depressed.</p> |
