<p>The embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and a system for managing the multi-mode network element, a management network element and a multi-mode network element. A embodiment of the method includes: receiving the operation and maintenance instruction sent by the management network element; when the operation and maintenance instruction is a non-common operation and maintenance instruction, determining the mode corresponding to the non-common operation and maintenance instruction according to the connection attribute of the operation and maintenance connection between the management network element and the multi-mode network element; performing the operation and maintenance to the corresponding mode according to the non-common operation and maintenance instruction. By applying the solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, the various modes in the multi-mode network element are enable to share the same operation and maintenance instruction, the complexity of the operation and maintenance is reduced, and the cost of the operation and maintenance is reduced.</p> |
