PURPOSE: A system and a method of certificating a call center service using wireless public certification of a mobile terminal are provided to perform the certification for a user by performing public certification based on an electronic signature through a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: An ARS(Automated Response System) communication unit(110) receives a communication request through an ARS from a wired or wireless communication terminal and receives an option for the user certification using mobile public certification. In the case of the wireless communication, a wireless communication terminal phone number acquisition unit(130) obtains the wireless communication terminal number. A public certification checker(150) requests the certification from a mobile public certification center server based on the wireless communication terminal number, and a service provider(170) provides a call center service through the ARS communication unit based on the certification result. |
