PURPOSE: A GNS(Grid And Strip) block type reinforced earth retaining wall construction method is provided to prevent displacement of a reinforced earth retaining wall due to the long-term use by employing steel rods arranged in multiple stages. CONSTITUTION: A GNS block type reinforced earth retaining wall construction method comprises a step of excavating a location in which reinforced earth retaining blocks are to be installed and placing mixed rubble to create a foundation(S100) and a step of placing reinforced earth retaining wall blocks in multiple stages on the front side(S200). The step of placing reinforced earth retaining wall blocks includes a step of laying earth in the rear of the first stage of the reinforced earth retaining wall blocks and compacting the laid earth, a step of arranging steel rods at the height corresponding to the third and fourth stages of the reinforced earth retaining wall blocks, a step of placing grid reinforcing materials between the rear side of the reinforced earth retaining wall blocks and the steel rods, and forming finishing blocks on the top of the uppermost reinforced earth retaining wall blocks. |
