A solar heat-absorbing pipe and a manufacture method thereof are disclosed. The solar heat-absorbing pipe comprises an outer glass tube (301), a flexible thermal-conductive tube (309) and a positioning device (307), wherein the flexible thermal-conductive tube (309) penetrates from the interior of the glass tube (301) in parallel with the axis line of the glass tube (301) and is fixed by the positioning device (307).
