PURPOSE: A molding method for manufacturing an artificial light-weight aggregate is provided to produce various molded product having different surface morphology and body morphology by mixing clay, coal fly ash, and stone powder using four molding methods. CONSTITUTION: A molding method for manufacturing an artificial light-weight aggregate comprises: a step of shattering coal fly ash and stone sludge using clay, the coal fly ash, and the stone sludge as a base material; a step of making batch powder by mixing clay with the shattered coal fly ash and the stone sludge; a step of forming raw material dough by adding water to the batch powder and maturing the dough at a room temperature; and a step of putting the matured raw material dough into an extruder and molding the dough by pushing the dough through a metal frame. A composition ratio of the clay: the stone sludge: the coat fly ash is 60:20:20wt%.
