PURPOSE: A transmitter is provided to execute a high speed operation by supplying a large current when the phase of an output voltage is changed. CONSTITUTION: A first amplification part comprises a first NMOS transistor(NMOS1) which is connected to a common source and a first amplifier which includes a first PMOS transistor. The first amplification part comprises a second PMOS transistor which is connected to a common drain while being connected to the first amplifier in parallel and a second amplifier which includes a second NMOS transistor(NMOS2). A second amplification part comprises a third NMOS transistor which is connected to a common source and a third amplifier which includes a third PMOS transistor. The second amplification part comprises a fourth PMOS transistor which is connected to a common drain while being connected to the third amplifier and a fourth amplifier which includes a fourth NMOS transistor. A differential power output node comprises the common source of a third amplifier and a negative node(20) which is connected to the output terminal of the second amplification part where the common drain of the fourth amplifier is commonly connected.
