PURPOSE: A home network system and a hybrid streaming method and a product thereof are provided to directly reproduce the media as a picture quality with a TV without glitch, pause, and temporary stop when selecting a media through a home network. CONSTITUTION: A control device(114) has a storage unit accepting a multimedia items. The control device is combined to a plurality of rendering devices(116,120,124). The rendering devices is connected to each monitor(118,122,126) and has a storage unit. The storage unit comprises a divided cache. The divided cache caches a small amount part of multimedia item from the control device to at least one rendering device before a user selects the multimedia item.
