LASER BEAM MEASURMENT OF DIRECT TYPE

PURPOSE: A direct type device for measuring a laser beam is provided to precisely photograph the image of a laser beam by minimizing diffraction of a side beam and a ghost beam occurred in the laser beam. CONSTITUTION: A direct type device for measuring a laser beam comprises a focusing lens(110), an inspection plate(120), a condenser lens(130), and a CCD camera(140). The focusing lens focuses a laser beam. The inspection plate is installed in the bottom side of the focusing lens and defocuses the focused laser beam. The condenser lens is installed in the bottom side of the inspection plate and forms the defocused laser beam into a parallel beam. The CCD camera is installed in the bottom side of the condenser lens.
