COATING COMPOSITION AND FILM FOR WRITE ON AND WIPE OFF

PURPOSE: A coating composition and a film using thereof are provided to secure the write-on and write-off function for an aqueous or oil base ink pen by the low swelling rate for a solvent. CONSTITUTION: A coating composition contains 100 parts of polyethylene resin by weight, 1~20 parts of anti-blocking agent by weight, and 0.5~10 parts of wetting agent by weight. The swelling rate of the composition is 1~30%. The polyethylene resin is either a mixture including polyethyleneimine and a hardener, or a polyethylene-acrylic acid copolymer. The anti-blocking agent is colloidal silica with the average particle diameter of 50~500 nanometers.
