PURPOSE: A power-on circuit is provided to generate normal power-on signal for input/output signal by compulsorily generating the power-on signal when input/output power is slowly stabilized. CONSTITUTION: A first input/output(I/O) power detector(310) detects the applied state of I/O power. Based on the detection result, the first I/O power detector outputs I/O power detection signal. A second I/O power detector(320) detects I/O power which corresponds to a reference level value. Based on the detection result, the second I/O power detector outputs cut signal. A core power detector(330) detects the applied state of core power and outputs core power detection signal. A power-on signal generator(340) generates power-on signal based on the I/O power detection signal, the cut signal, and the core power detection signal.
