PURPOSE: A producing method of an organic or organic-inorganic suspension is provided to produce a monomer suspension containing a micro size monomer, and to manufacture a polymer particle including a micro-sized wax. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an organic or organic-inorganic suspension comprises a step of passing a suspension inserting wax and an organic or organic-inorganic mixed solution into a dispersion agent-containing solution, through a film for a suspension-polymerization. The method is performed at room temperature using the wax with the particle size of 0.7~2 microns.
