<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue the culture of insect cells while avoiding the degradation of an expressed target protein in an expression system for expressing the target protein in the insect cell by using a baculovirus. <P>SOLUTION: The method for expressing the protein by culturing the insect cells obtained by infecting the insect cells with the baculovirus into which a gene encoding the target protein is introduced includes culturing the insect cells in a medium obtained by adding a proteolytic enzyme inhibitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
