<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely present a broadcast type program which is often watched and a recommended broadcast type program on the basis of a user's viewing history. <P>SOLUTION: A viewed program prediction part 101e predicts a "television program often watched" or "a recommended television program" on the basis of statistic processing of output history and portable terminal output history stored in an integrated output history table managed by an output history management part 103 and comparison between a statistic processing result and program attribute information about a broadcast type program on air at present or registered to an EPG. A notification control unit 101f reads a predicted result of "the television program often watched" or "the recommended television program" when the prediction is updated, compares an item of extracted output history with program attribution information of the broadcast type program on air at present or registered to the EPG. When the output history coincides with the program attribute information, the notification control unit 101f controls output of the broadcast type program so that the broadcast type program may be output by an input/output part 104 as "the television program often watched" or "the recommended television program", and presents it to the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
