<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction support method for supporting input when a user has trouble performing the input in a transaction terminal such as an ATM. <P>SOLUTION: An input condition of the transaction terminal 40 is monitored through an ad-hoc cooperation server 20, and bank staff requests takeover to take over the input of information for transaction, whereby subsequent information after input in the transaction terminal 40 can be input in a bank staff terminal 30. At that time, existing input information input so far in the transaction terminal 40 is displayed on the bank staff terminal 30.
