<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for evaluating risk of a facility, which performs risk evaluation of equipment set in the facility based on various replacement factors of the equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a storage device 20 which stores a condition of object equipment set in the facility and a risk evaluation device 10 which calculates a replacement time of the object equipment by unit risk evaluation processing. The risk evaluation device 10 calculates, for each replacement factor of the object device, a risk value according to the lapse of time based on the data in the storage device 20; calculates a first replacement time where the total sum of risk values according to the lapse of time exceeds a limit risk value that is a set value; calculates a replacement cost per unit risk as a unit cost based on the total sum of risk values and a replacement cost of the object equipment; calculates a second replacement time where the unit cost becomes below a limit unit cost that is a set value; and performs the unit risk evaluation processing with the later replacement time of both as the replacement time of the object equipment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
