摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably correct dispersion in light-emitting luminance in each pixel without sacrificing gradation even when the number of bits of a D/A converter in a data driver is not increased. <P>SOLUTION: In one light-emitting cycle (e.g. one field period) for emitting a pixel, light-emitting operation in a main light-emitting period emitting light by a gradation value based on a display data signal and a corrected light-emitting period emitting light by a gradation value corresponding to a correction value set in each pixel is performed. Namely, a display data signal and the correction value are time-sequentially applied to each pixel.
