<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable fluid introducing device extremely simple from a structural aspect, extremely easy to manufacture, capable of corresponding to the replacement and addition of a fluid, minimizing the dead loss of the fluid and enabling even the reutilization of a microchannel chip. <P>SOLUTION: The disposable fluid introducing device is composed of a cylindrical body, the porous plug inserted in the lower end of the cylindrical body, a base seal sealing the undersurface side of the porous plug, the fluid allowed to fill the upper part of the porous plug and a flexible film which seals the upper end part of the cylindrical body. This disposable fluid introducing device is extremely simple from a structural aspect and extremely easy to manufacture, can easily correspond to the replacement and addition of the fluid, minimizes the dead loss quantity of the fluid and enables even the reutilization of the microchannel chip. Further, since the disposable fluid introducing device can keep reagents necessary for various reactions independently or in a mixed state, it is useful as an analyzing fluid reagent kit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
