PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nitrile copolymer rubber composition for providing a cross-linked rubber with excellent extrusion processability, gasoline permeation resistance, sour gasoline resistance, cold resistance, and crack development resistance in the presence of a solvent. SOLUTION: The nitrile copolymer rubber composition includes (A) a nitrile copolymer rubber having 20-70 wt.% of anα,β-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer unit, (B) an inorganic filler having a 30-2,000 aspect ratio and (C) an inorganic filler having a 1-29 aspect ratio. The total content of (B) the inorganic filler and (C) the inorganic filler with respect to 100 pts.wt. of (A) the nitrile copolymer rubber is 3-200 pts.wt.
