PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire compatibly satisfying steering stability and riding comfort even if a sidewall part is thin. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire includes a pair of beads each having a bead core 24 and a bead apex 26; a carcass comprised of a first ply 28 disposed between both beads, and a second ply 30 disposed on the outside thereof; and a strip apex 18 extended along the carcass. The first ply 28 has a first primary part extended from an equatorial plane to the bead core 24. The second ply 30 has a second primary part extended from the equatorial plane to the bead core 24. The strip apex 18 extends in the radial direction of the tire 2 along the outside of the second primary part of the second ply.
