<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device capable of alleviating periodic generation of luminance unevenness in which an image of a linear light source is seen through with a versatile structure. <P>SOLUTION: The illuminating device 10 is provided with a plurality of linear light sources 30 arrayed in parallel, a reflecting plate 40, a diffusing plate 50 diffusing light from the linear light sources and the reflecting plate, a first light path changing portion 60 and second light path changing portion 70. The first light path changing portion has a prism part 61 protruded toward the linear light sources for changing light paths from the linear light source and the reflecting plate. The second light path changing portion 70 has a lens part 71 fitted on an emitting face for changing a path of light transmitting the diffusing plate. The prism part has a prism vertex angleαof 55°to 75°. Part of transmitting light is totally reflected toward a side of the diffusing plate in an area Wa opposed to the linear light sources, and transmitting light is emitted frontward in an intermediate area Wb among the linear light sources, by the lens part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
