PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine, allowing a game player to play a game with variety and having excellent amusement. SOLUTION: This game machine includes: a lottery portion 201 for selecting a predetermined prize winning unit to be operated in a plurality of prize winning units (a first prize winning unit 40a, a second prize winning unit 40b) by lots based on the entering of a game ball in a first starter port 31 and a second starter port 33; and an operation control portion 202 for conducting the control to operate the prize winning unit based on the lottery result in the lottery portion 201. Thus, when the game ball is caused to enter the first starter port 31 and the second starter port 33, the predetermined prize winning unit to be operated between the first prize winning unit 40a and the second prize winning unit 40b is selected by lots at the lottery portion 201, and according to the lottery result, the plurality of prize winning devices can be operated so that the game player can play a game with variety such that all of the plurality of prize winning units or the predetermined prize winning unit out of them decided by lots are operated, without allowing only a single prize winning unit to be operated.
