PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing machine and a printing method which can perform a highly precise printing. SOLUTION: The screen printing machine includes a printing machine fixing holder slid while pressing one end of a squeegee in a short direction to a body to be printed from the upper part of a screen plate installed with a clearance in the upper part of the body to be printed, and transferring the printing agent of the upper part of the screen plate to the body to be printed. The screen printing machine further includes: a squeegee holder for holding the other end of the squeegee in the short direction by a predetermined length; and a plurality of gripping mechanism parts disposed in the printing machine fixing holder, capable of adjusting each gripping force, and gripping the predetermined part of the other end of the squeegee in a longitudinal direction via the squeegee holder.
