PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve by a tag while supplementing a disadvantage of the tag and disadvantage of a genre having a hierarchical structure. SOLUTION: Tag information indicating each genre element of each hierarchy included in the genre by a term is associated to the genre and is registered in a genre database, the tag information associated to the genre is registered in a tag database, designation information is received from a terminal device for a classifier, a retrieval target indicated by the received designation information is registered in a retrieval target database associatively to the tag information corresponding to the genre indicated by the designation information, keyword information is received from a terminal device for a browser, the tag information including the term indicated by the received keyword information is retrieved from the tag database, the retrieval target associated with the retrieved tag information is retrieved from the retrieval target database, and retrieval result screen information configuring a screen displaying a list of the retrieved retrieval targets as a retrieval result is generated and is transmitted to the terminal.
