PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology inhibiting frozen condensate from entering an intake passage. SOLUTION: In a foreign matter collecting device 34 disposed in an EGR passage, a filter member 45 is folded by a plurality of times alternately toward an upstream side and a downstream side in such a manner that folds 51, 52 project to the upstream side and the downstream side of the EGR passage 31. An upper surface 53 of a surface forming the fold 51 projecting to the upstream direction of the EGR passage 31 is an inclined surface inclined upward toward the downstream side from the upstream side of the EGR passage 31 from the fold 51. A lower surface 54 is a horizontal surface or an inclined surface inclined downward toward the downstream side from the upstream side of the EGR passage 31 from the fold 51.
