PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable connecting structure for surely connecting a first cable and a second cable connected to each other in a support, by a comparatively simple mechanism. SOLUTION: The cable connecting structure allows a mechanism 10 disposed inside a backrest of a vehicular seat 1, and a mechanism disposed inside a headrest disposed at the upper part of the backrest, to be associated with each other by connecting the first cable 40 and the second cable 50. Both cables 40, 50 are formed in double structure having inner members 41, 51 and outer members 42, 52. An engaging hole Bt of elongate hole shape is bored in the outer member 52 of the second cable 50, and an engaging protrusion 42P is provided at the outer member 42 of the first cable 40. When the second cable 50 is inserted in the first cable 40, the engaging hole Bt and the engaging protrusion 42P are engaged in a relatively movable state in an axial direction.
