PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upgrade the quality of a coating film and also increase its productivity by preventing the stripping of a coating layer from occurring during rapid soaking into a coagulating bath, in a continuous wet coating process. SOLUTION: A process 3 to coagulate only the surface of the coating layer containing a water-soluble organic solvent is added between a coating process 2 and a coagulation process 4 in order to harden the surface of the coating layer. Thus, the stripping of the coating layer which occurs during the rapid soaking in the coagulating bath, can be inhibited. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
