PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible oil filtration container capable of efficiently filtering used edible oil in a short period of time so as to be made reusable. SOLUTION: The edible oil filtration container 1 includes: a lower pot 2 made of a metal such as stainless steel for recovering filtered edible oil; an upper pot 3 made of a metal such as stainless steel piled up on the lower pot 2; a filter holder 6 clamped and held between the lower end part 4a of an opening bottom port 4 for pouring the edible oil in the upper pot 3 and the opening upper side part 5 of the lower pot 2; and a filter 7 mounted on the filter holder 6. For the upper pot 3, the entire periphery on the side near the outer peripheral edge of the upper surface of the filter 7 is pressed against the upper surface of the filter holder 6 and brought into press contact at the lower end part 4a of the opening bottom port 4.
