PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To derive an adequately recommended traveling route in consideration of an exposure amount of ultraviolet rays during traveling to a destination. SOLUTION: This navigation device 100 includes a map information storage section 20a that stores link information indicating a link connecting between nodes indicative of reference points predetermined on a map, and an ultraviolet ray information storage section 20c that stores ultraviolet ray relating information in which the link is correlated to an exposure amount of ultraviolet rays by pass-through of the link. When a recommended traveling route from a departure position to a destination position is derived by referring to the link information, the recommended traveling route obtained in consideration of the exposure amount of ultraviolet rays during the traveling is derived while referring to the ultraviolet ray relating information.
