<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle with a travelling vehicle body supporting a travelling device via a suspension mechanism and a working device connected to the travelling vehicle body in a lift up/down operable manner, having improved durability and responsiveness while keeping the ground height of the travelling vehicle body as predetermined. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The working vehicle includes an operation changing means 18 changeable in the operation of the suspension mechanism into a vehicle body lift-up/down side, and a control means 40 for controlling the operation changing means 18 so that the operation of the suspension mechanism is displaced to the side of a target range in accordance with information detected by a lift-up/down detecting means 41 for detecting the lift-up/down displacement of the operation of the suspension mechanism. It also includes an auxiliary control means 45 for setting the frequency that the control means 40 controls the operation changing means 18 to be operated when the lift-up/down operation of the working device is performed, to be higher than when no lift-up/down operation is performed.
