<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an increase in weight by a seat under cover, and to increase capacity in a storage part, while securing sealability of the storage part, in a saddle-riding type vehicle having the seat under cover. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This saddle-riding type vehicle includes a seat for seating an occupant, a seat bottom plate 52 arranged in a lower part of the seat, the storage part arranged under the seat and having an opening larger than the outer edge 52c of the seat bottom plate 52, and the seat under cover 54 fastened and fixed to the seat bottom plate 52 and covering the opening of the storage part by overhanging outside from the outer edge 52c of the seat bottom plate 52. A seal member for sealing the storage part is arranged over the seat bottom plate 52 and the seat under cover 54, by covering the opening of the storage part with the seat under cover 54 and the seat bottom plate 52 by arranging the seat under cover 54 along the outer edge 52c of the seat bottom plate 52.
