PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve job execution efficiency in a computer system including a plurality of calculation hosts by dynamically configuring a shared file system. SOLUTION: In the computer system including a plurality of calculation hosts and executing a requested job, when the job is executed by the plurality of calculation hosts, each calculation host which executes the job shares a file necessary for execution of the job, accesses the shared file to execute the requested job, and releases the sharing of the file after completion of the execution of the requested job.
