PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate electric power by operating a Stirling engine by using heat possessed by a high temperature object. SOLUTION: An ellipse shape dome 27 projecting upward is installed at an upper part of a building 25 in which hot-rolled coils 24 is temporarily stored as the high temperature object. An inner surface of the building 25 and an inner surface of the dome 27 are made of mirror surfaces. The dome 27 is formed to put an inside part of an upper end part 27a to a focal point F position, radiation heat discharged from the hot-rolled coil 24 repeats reflection in the building 25 and the dome 27, and is converged on the focal point F. The Stirling engine 26 is installed at the upper end part 27a of the dome 27, and a heating part 31 of the Stirling engine 26 is set at the position of the focal point F in the dome 27.
