PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory attachment capable of being attached on various objects by using a pair of ring-shaped attaching pieces formed of elastomeric materials, and a portable accessory equipped with the same. SOLUTION: The accessory attachment 1 includes: a holder part 2 for accommodating the accessory equipment; and the pair of symmetrical ring-shaped attaching pieces 3 extending from the bottom of the holder part. The holder part and the pair of ring-shaped attaching pieces are formed of the elastomeric materials. It is preferable that the holder part is formed in a bottomed cylinder shape, and the pair of ring-shaped attaching pieces substantially vertically and horizontally extend with respect to a central axis of the holder part. Further, it is preferable that hooks capable of being engaged with the pair of ring-shaped attaching pieces are included. The pair of hooks capable of being engaged with the pair of ring-shaped attaching pieces, respectively, and a belt capable of being connected to the hooks are included.
