<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polyester resin composition low in warping properties and excellent in cold impact resistance and lightweight properties. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The thermoplastic polyester resin composition is composed of: (A) 30-80 wt.% polyalkylene terephthalate resin; (B) 5.0-25 wt.% epoxy group-containing rubber-reinforced vinyl copolymer which is based on diene-based rubber (b1), an aromatic vinyl monomer (b2), a cyanized vinyl monomer (b3), and an epoxy group-containing vinyl monomer (b4) and has 10-50 wt.% diene-based rubber content; (C) 3.0-20 wt.% olefinic elastomer; and (D) 10-50 wt.% glass fiber (provided that the total of (A), (B), (C) and (D) is 100 wt.%). The glass fiber (D) has 1.3-10 ratio of the major axis (the longest straight line distance in the cross section) to the minor axis (the longest straight line distance in the direction perpendicular to the major axis) in the cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the glass fiber.
