<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a low-frequency noise for facilitation of noise removal in a pulse signal generating device using a PWM. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pulse signal generating device (10) includes a pulse width setting part (11), a waveform control part (12), and an output part (13). The pulse width setting part (11) sets pulse width data (DD). The waveform control part (12) has bits equivalent to a cycle, and generates waveform data (DW) in which the bits equivalent to a value of the pulse width data (DD) are set to a first logic value and the remaining bits are set to a second logic value so that the bits of the same logic value are scattered.
