<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-theft case which detects that a recording medium product is illegally removed even when it is different in the size of the recording medium product to be stored. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The anti-theft case is composed of: a case body 6 having an opening 6G to/from which recording medium product 4 is input/output on the surface side or back side, and having an outer peripheral wall covering the side face of the recording medium product 4; a locking member 3 for locking the recording medium product 4; and the anti-theft device 2 housed in contact with the inner surface of the case body 6, and integrally moved with the locking member 3. The anti-theft device 2 is provided with: a separation detection means 9 for detecting separation between the anti-theft device 2 and the inner surface of the case body 6 when the anti-theft device 2 is moved along with the locking member 3; and an alarm means 10 for giving an alarm when the separation is detected by the separation detection means 9.
