PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive fabric which is superior in an adhesion effect, and to provide an electronic device using the same. SOLUTION: A plurality of separated paper layers are divided into adhesive layers 213 of the conductive fabric, and each of separated paper layers can be individually stripped. When combining the conductive fabric onto the electronic device, the conductive fabric can be uniformly adhered on it, only merely stripping the separated paper layer in order. Since the conductive fabric is continuously formed in one united body, any contact failure is not caused between each small parts of the conductive fabric combined on the electronic device.
