METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING TEMPORAL COHERENCE ENHANCEMENT OF CONTINUOUS BINARIZED VIDEO CLIP

PURPOSE: A method and a device for improving time consistency of continuous binary video are provided to reduce flicker when generating configured video as binary video, thereby performing smooth video replay. CONSTITUTION: A component frame graph generating unit(102) rearranges a components as graph data structure by frame. A component temporal coherence evaluating unit evaluates time consistency of components of each frame in generated graph data structure. A time consistency improving unit(104) improves the time consistency of the components of each frame in the generated graph data structure. A time consistency evaluating unit fully evaluates time consistency of corrected frame video.
