CRYSTALIZED GLASS-CERAMICS USING A COAL BOTTOM ASH AND PREPARING PROCESS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing crystallized glass using coal bottom ash is provided to have gold color or silver color by effectively using the bottom ash which is discharged from a heat power plant and to easily manufacture glass-ceramic having uniform microstructure and excellent physical properties. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing crystallized glass using bottom ash comprises the following steps: decarbonizing the bottom ash by heating the bottom ash; adding lithium oxide(Li_2O), calcium oxide(CaO), and titanium dioxide(TiO_2) to the bottom ash; and obtaining the glass-ceramic through thermal treatment and crystallization. The additive quantity of the titanium dioxide is 0wt%-10wt%.
