PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress leaking of fluid along a space between a fitting inner circumference face of a cylinder block and a fitting outer circumference face of a static shaft. SOLUTION: A cylinder shaped delivery side valve element 34 and first and second suction side valve elements 36, 38 are provided between the fitting inner circumference face 24 of the cylinder block 20 and the fitting outer circumference face 23 of the static shaft 16. The fitting outer circumference face 23 being an outer circumference face of the static shaft 16 is a circumferential face, and the fitting inner circumference face 24 is a circumferential face. The delivery side valve element 34 is interposed between the fitting outer circumference face 23 and the fitting inner circumference face 24 in a delivery stroke corresponding area Pd side, and the first and second suction side valve elements 36, 38 are interposed between the fitting outer circumference face 23 and the fitting inner circumference face 24 in a suction stroke corresponding area Ps side.
