<p>A membrane-isolated oil storage and transportation device includes a shell body (1), an oil inlet pipe (6), an oil outlet pipe (7) and a breathing vent (10). A membrane (2) with a volume bigger than that of the shell body is provided in the shell body. The top of the membrane is partially fixed at the top of the shell body and the rest part of the membrane is separated from the shell body. The inner layer of the membrane is communicated with the breathing vent and isolates the inner chamber of the shell body from air. The oil inlet pipe and the oil outlet pipe are provided at the top or bottom of the shell body and communicated with the inner chamber of the shell body. A valve (9) and a rapid coupler (8) are provided in both the oil inlet pipe and the oil outlet pipe, and a relief valve (11) is provided at the top of the shell body. With the membrane isolating the oil from air, the breathing loss is eliminated and the environment is protected; the oxidation of the oil is reduced and the oil is prevented from mixing with water; the oil vapor mixed with air is eliminated so that the safety of the storage and the transportation is improved and the risk of fire and explosion is reduced; the flexible structure of the membrane is beneficial to resist shock and other external forces.</p> |
