<p>PURPOSE: A fastening fabric structure is provided to improve engagement capacity of the fastening fabric because the structure prevents the tangle of specific-hook fiber bundle which has the erect and dispersed pile of a fiber-type. CONSTITUTION: A fastening fabric structure includes: a loop fabric(1) of a micro-fiber type; and a pile fabric(2) of a fiber type. The loop fabric is made of micro-fiber yarn which is complicated and systemized, is split, can collect more fibers and smaller fibers. The pile fabric of a fiber type is made of the spun yarn or synthetic filament yarn. The pile fabric erects the micro fiber-type pile to couple with the micro fiber-type loop after the shearing process and forms the dispersed fiber bundle.</p> |
