THIN FILM TYPE SOLAR CELL, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A thin film type solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to easily eliminate a transparent conductive layer and a semiconductor layer which are exposed to the light transmissive region by dry-etching the transparent conductive layer and the semiconductor layer. CONSTITUTION: A front electrode(200) is formed on a substrate(100). A semiconductor layer(300) is spaced apart from the front electrode through a contact unit or a separation unit(550). The semiconductor layer includes a first semiconductor layer(310), a buffer layer(320), and a second semiconductor layer(330). A rear electrode(500) is connected with the front electrode through the contact unit. A transparent conductive layer(400) is formed into the same pattern as the semiconductor layer.
