PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating exhaust gas, a molten metal manufacturing apparatus using the same, method for producing hydrogen using by-product gas of molten metal manufacturing apparatus are provided to manufacture hydrogen of high purity by oxidizing iron generated by reduction reaction using moisture.
