PURPOSE: An exercise machine equipped with an independent electric generator is provided, which can be used as various energy sources by charging the created electricity because of the independent electric generator. CONSTITUTION: An exercise machine equipped with an independent electric generator includes: a moving member(102) which performs rotational motion around a rotary shaft; a power generator member(100) which generates the electricity according to the rotating motion of a driving part; and an electric circuit part(120) which can output the electricity created from the power generator member to the outside and is electrically connected to the power generator member. The power generator member includes: a rotor which is separately placed in a fixed interval; ferromagnetic materials which are located between magnet members; and a stator which is installed in order to protect the rotor.
