PURPOSE: An environment-friendly grouting composition is provided to reduce the pollution by using soil instead of cement, and to bio-degrade the grouting composition. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly grouting composition contains 100 parts of soil by weight and 25~100 parts of element selected from either gypsum or lime by weight. The grouting composition additionally contains 0.5~5 parts of accelerating agent by weight for accelerating the hardening of the composition, and less than 5 parts of expansive additive by weight to prevent the shrinkage of the composition during the hardening process. The soil is a mixture of elements selected from the group consisting of sand, slit, yellow soil, clay, sandy soil, loam, and organic soil.
