PURPOSE: An image sensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the crosstalk between pixels by forming a light shielding layer between image sensing parts. CONSTITUTION: A readout circuitry(120) is formed on a first substrate(100). An anodic bonding domain(140) is electrically connected to the readout circuitry. A wiring(150) is formed on the anodic bonding domain. An image sensing part(210) is formed on the wiring. A light shielding layer(230) is formed inside isolation region(220) between pixels.
